iQuip Timbabuild ERC10
Epoxy Rapid Cure

iQuip Timbabuild® ERC10 is a fast setting adhesive which is used down to as thin as 1mm for splicing new wood sections. Used predominantly in the sash window repair industry due to its speed of curing and ease of use.

A Simple 5 Stage Process

Step 1

Remove decayed and rotten wood back to good wood. Check moisture level <18%

Step 2

Using EWS epoxy primer, generously brush apply to the repair area and leave to soak for 20 minutes.

Step 3

Butter the repair surface with ERC10 & splice in new sections of timber, back filling with EHB60.

Step 4

After the curing period, either apply FINISH and sand, or sand back using hand or mechanical sanding.

Step 5

The final repair is ready to be primed and painted (or just painted) with any known paint.
