May is International Prader-Willi Awareness month, and Prader-Willi Research Foundation of Australia (PWRFA) are Finding 15. Finding 15 is a PWRFA initiative to raise funds to drive innovative research to find treatments for PWS. They depend on the generosity of supporters to help raise funds, to spread the word and to bring 15 to life!
The first weekend of May 2019 we held our inaugural Finding 15 Walk where over 800 people across 5 locations in Australia came together to walk for PWS. All events were a relaxed, fun family day and a great success.
Greg Niven a customer from Render Texture Paints (RTP) participated in the 10km walk for - in his words - 'a cause that's close to my heart to make life-changing research a reality for my son Ash, and Prader-Willi syndrome.' iQuip is pleased to donate and support Greg and others with family & friends affected by this syndrome.
